Earlier in her career, she was part of the original team that launched AARP's national caregiving initiative, helping bring resources and awareness to family caregivers across the country. That experience gave her a firsthand understanding of the challenges families face as loved ones age and continues to shape the thoughtful, client-centered guidance she provides today.
