With over 20 years of combined experience as a licensed NAR member, certified appraiser, and real estate investor, Susan Gizzi Winch brings unmatched insight and expertise to every transaction. Susan specializes in luxury real estate throughout the area’s most sought-after country club communities and waterfront neighborhoods in northern Palm Beach County.

Before launching her real estate career, Susan worked in the luxury hospitality sector at the renowned Mirage and Bellagio hotels in Las Vegas. This foundation instilled in her a commitment to exceptional service, discretion, and anticipating client needs—qualities that now define her real estate practice.

Known for her client-first approach, sharp market knowledge, and skilled negotiation, Susan consistently delivers outstanding results for both buyers and sellers. She has a particular passion for working with seniors and their families, offering compassionate, knowledgeable guidance through important life transitions such as downsizing or estate sales. She is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and a Compass Plus agent.

Beyond real estate, Susan’s greatest pride is her family. She raised two beautiful daughters in Jupiter and now treasures her newest role as grandmother, spending her free time with her beloved grandsons. Born in Connecticut, raised in Ft. Lauderdale, and a Palm Beach County resident since 2007, Susan has always loved the coastal lifestyle, from cheering on her Miami Dolphins to witnessing Juno Beach’s magical sea turtle nesting season. Her roots, passions, and commitment to community all shine through in the way she serves her clients and the place she calls home.
