Shannon is both a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), uniquely qualified to guide clients through life’s many transitions. A licensed occupational therapist for over 30 years, she holds a specialized certification in Executive Home Modifications from the University of Southern California, allowing her to offer informed recommendations on aging-in-place and accessibility with confidence.

Before real estate, Shannon led Enable Services, a consulting firm helping seniors and individuals with disabilities maximize independence and safety at home. She also served as the Manager of Rehabilitation Services for McNeal Rehabilitation Services and was a key contributor to senior initiatives, including serving on the board of Aging Care Connections and the Senior Services Task Force for the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS®.

A graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (with high honors), Shannon brings analytical insight, empathy, and a deep understanding of what makes a home livable—now and in the future.
