Westport native Polly Sykes brings a global perspective to real estate, having lived and worked in vibrant cities like New York City and Hong Kong, in addition to her deep roots in Westport, Weston, Wilton, and Fairfield over the last 40+ years.

With a background in event marketing identifying, planning and managing sponsorships for Chase Sapphire Preferred (Sundance Film Festival) and Mastercard (MLB and Broadway), Polly is loves to help her clients achieve their dreams while navigating the complexities of buying or selling a home. Her clients appreciate her honest and reassuring approach during these significant financial and life decisions.

Resourceful, organized, and fully engaged in managing every detail of the process, Polly maintains a positive “can do” attitude and understands that buying, selling, or renting can be stressful and works hard to infuse a serious yet fun spirit into the journey.

Currently residing in Weston with her husband and their combined family of eight, Polly enjoys golf, paddle tennis, yoga, gardening (Dahlia obsessed), and traveling. Australia is a frequent destination as her husband Chris and his three children come from the Sydney/Northern Beaches area.  Her time in NYC and Hong Kong has enriched her appreciation for diverse cultures and lifestyles, which she brings to her work in Fairfield County.

in addition to her professional endeavors, Polly is dedicated to her community, volunteering at Weston’s Lachat Town Farm where she produces the weekly newsletter and manages their social media presence.
