Patti Gerke, MBA, has earned Real Estate Specialist credentials in four categories – Senior Real Estate (SRES), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPS), Relocation Specialist (RS) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Patti is also a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS). Patti earned her MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, while having a very successful corporate career for over 20 years, as a trusted sales and marketing professional for both Fortune 500 and start-up companies in the medical device industry.

Patti relocated to San Diego over 40 yrs. ago. Having been a healthcare provider and educator, along with her own 12yr. journey taking care of her parents, Patti has become passionate about the quality of life for the aging adult.

Patti’s real estate business focuses her attention on working with seniors and their family members, estate planning attorneys, private fiduciaries and financial advisors.
