Before joining Compass as a licensed real estate agent, Kellie spent years as an Occupational Therapist specializing in geriatric care. In that role, she developed a clinical eye for how physical environments affect the safety, independence, and dignity of older adults - evaluating homes for fall risk, mobility challenges, cognitive accessibility, and the often-overlooked intersection of health and living space.

Today, Kellie holds her Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® designation alongside her real estate license, making her one of the very few agents in this market who combines formal credentials in both real estate and aging care. But credentials alone don't tell the whole story.

The chapter that defines her most deeply is personal. When her own parents began the difficult journey through dementia and Alzheimer's disease, Kellie stepped into every role the situation demanded: primary caregiver, care coordinator, long-distance mover, real estate manager, and trustee of their estate.
