Iris Trent Siff is a Los Angeles Realtor^® and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)^® who helps clients navigate the real estate side of later-life planning, from downsizing and moving closer to family, to preparing a longtime home for sale. After supporting her father in navigating Alzheimer's and through several subsequent life transitions starting in 2022, Iris has seen firsthand how much doing one’s own strategic later-life planning matters, particularly in real estate. In addition to being a Certified Senior Advisor, she holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES)^® designation and is a charter member of the Compass PLUS division, which focuses on supporting older adults through real estate decisions.

Iris has been a full-time Realtor^® since 2018. It took a certain chutzpah to leave a decade in the fashion industry and build a real estate business from scratch, and that same drive shows up in how she advocates for her clients today. She holds a BA in History of Architecture from University of California, Santa Barbara, and is a supporter of the LA Conservancy and DOCOMOMO. Outside of work, you'll find her salsa dancing, finding the best spots across Los Angeles and beyond, internationally.
