
Dorothy Pacheco, a southeast Denver native, has cultivated a lifelong passion for sports, leadership, and operational excellence. She holds degrees from Colorado College and the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law.
For more than six years, Dorothy has worked as a real estate advisor specializing in senior transactions and helping families in the Boulder area build long-term wealth through real estate.
Prior to her work in real estate, Dorothy made significant contributions to global sports organizations, including the International Olympic Committee and the United States Olympic Committee. Her expertise in operational improvement strengthened Olympic programs and cycling development, enhancing performance and competitive success. She also held executive leadership roles with Topeak International, The Accell Group, and Huffy Sports, where she drove innovation across the cycling and outdoor industries.
A dedicated advocate for sports and community development, Dorothy has served on several boards, including the National Western Stock Show, Colorado College, and UCI International Commissaire.
Now living in Boulder with her partner Jeff and their puppy, Bella, Dorothy embraces an active outdoor lifestyle. Together, they also run a small beekeeping business, BellasBeesCO.
