A New York City native, Dawn Forgione has called South Florida home for nearly 30 years, building a successful career helping buyers and sellers navigate the residential real estate market throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Dawn partners with her brother, Scott Bennett, and together they are fondly known as the Property Siblings. Their relationship, experience, and commitment to their clients have built a business rooted in personal service, trusted relationships, and a genuine understanding of the South Florida market.

A longtime specialty of Dawn’s has been serving the 55+ community and helping seniors and their families navigate the often-complex process of relocation and transition. Her approach goes well beyond the sale of a home. Dawn serves as a resource and advocate, connecting clients and their families with the professionals and services they need to make a move as seamless as possible—from preparing and selling the home to coordinating the many details that come with a new chapter.

When she’s not serving her clients, Dawn enjoys time with her beautiful family, playing golf and pickleball, and pursuing her creative side through singing and acting in local television and stage productions.
