I work closely with estate and elder law attorneys, fiduciaries, trust officers, financial advisors, wealth managers, and corporate relocation teams. My experience includes probate, trust and estate sales, older adult transitions, divorce-related property, distressed assets, and court-involved real estate.

Before real estate, I ran radio stations in major U.S. markets. That experience still shapes how I communicate, position properties, and cut through noise when the stakes are high.
